Begin with the decision that needs evidence
Tcules audits and assessments are bounded engagements for a product decision that is not ready for a larger commitment. Each one ends with evidence, disposition, responsibility and a useful next move. It does not exist to generate a long issue list.
Choose by the decision
Six product decisions and the bounded Tcules assessment intended to provide evidence for each decision.
| You need to decide | Assessment |
|---|---|
Which product problems deserve action? | |
Is an AI feature useful, controllable and evaluable? | |
Where is the design system failing to create leverage? | |
Why do design and production diverge? | |
What should be preserved, repaired or rebuilt? | |
Can a prototype become dependable software? |
What makes the assessment commercially useful
The engagement begins with the decision, the consequence of delay and the evidence currently available. Tcules then samples the product deeply enough to distinguish a local symptom from a structural cause. Findings are grouped by what should be repaired, investigated, accepted, redesigned or carried into a larger delivery scope.
The output is not a disguised proposal. It can recommend that Tcules continue, that the client team act, that a specialist answer is required or that no larger intervention is justified yet.
Assessment evidence has limits
An audit can identify observable behaviour, implementation divergence, missing evidence and likely consequence within its scope. It cannot prove organisation-wide prevalence from a small sample, replace regulated professional advice or guarantee the result of a future implementation. Each finding records source, confidence and limitation so that urgency does not become false certainty.
AI-assisted analysis remains reviewable
Tcules may use AI to compare inventories, cluster observations, enumerate states or inspect implementation. Source material, analysis boundaries and consequential conclusions remain subject to human review. Client restrictions govern whether material may enter an AI-assisted environment.
