Tcules can map product and technical dependencies, define a target model, build one vertical slice, migrate in stages and verify behaviour before retirement. Rollback and coexistence are explicit where the operating risk requires them.

The first slice should cross the system far enough to expose the real difficulty. It may include one role, a representative record, a consequential rule, an integration and the recovery path.

AI can expose and multiply legacy assumptions
