Improve software customers already rely on
For Benchmark Gensuite, we built new interface patterns as working prototypes in code. Benchmark's engineers could check them against how experienced users already work, before wider rollout. For Dealpath, we audited the product and redesigned how a listing joins the deal pipeline. Gold Image Printing asked us to redesign online ordering and production together.
Carry the design into working software
We redesigned and developed GT Tools' Shopify store. For The Wandering Raven, we designed the learning experience and its custom Moodle theme. For CuramCare, research with families and carers came first, then a redesign of its care platform and the frontend build.
Work as part of an internal product team
JoVE brought us into its product team for six months, across several growth projects.
